In the past 30 years I have been working with many different realtors, but Helen Jeong is the best. She is very professional and totally dedicated to her job. Last year she sold my house in Lake Elsinore at a great price within a short period of time. Before listing the house she did extensive market analysis, carefully examined the house and listed all the items that need to be fixed. Before the open house she distributed fliers to her neighbors. Beginning of last year I listed one LA condo with a local realtor, but six months later the condo is still unsold. I switched agents and listed it with her and she sold the condo within two months.

Helen is an excellent realtor. She worked over and above everything she did for the sale of our house. The paperwork was perfect, she negotiated between parties, brought paperwork to my house, held an open house even though it was over an hour’s drive away, and attended all inspections. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Helen Jeong. I am not from the area and had never rented or purchased a house before, so to say the least, I was a bit trepidatious when trying to find my first home. l was nervous that I would be taken for a ride or ending up in a money pit. Luckily for me, my neighbor had a wonderful experience with Helen and gave her glowing recommendations. I found Helen to be friendly, professional and quick to respond to all of my numerous emails and texts. Helen went above and beyond to seek out new properties that suited my needs and requirements.
